BigBoyz Detailing terms of Agreement & Services

 Effective Date: September 1, 2026 

By scheduling, authorizing, or receiving services from BigBoyZ Detailing LLC (“BigBoyZ Detailing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledges and agrees to the following Terms of Service.

By scheduling an appointment, dropping off a vehicle, providing access to a vehicle, or otherwise authorizing BigBoyZ Detailing to begin work, you authorize us to perform the services requested and reasonably necessary work associated with those services.

You represent that you are the owner of the vehicle or are otherwise authorized by the owner to approve the requested services.

Prices provided before service are estimates based on the information available to BigBoyZ Detailing at the time of booking or inspection.

The final price may differ from the original estimate when the actual condition of the vehicle, amount of labor required, vehicle size, contamination, damage, materials required, or scope of work differs from what was originally represented or reasonably anticipated.

Examples of conditions that may result in additional charges include, but are not limited to:

• Excessive pet hair
• Severe staining or soiling
• Mold or suspected microbial contamination
• Water or flood damage
• Bodily fluids
• Smoke, nicotine, or severe odors
• Excessive sand, mud, salt, or debris
• Paint overspray, sap, tar, industrial fallout, or other contamination
• Excessive adhesive or residue removal
• Heavily neglected interiors or exteriors
• Unexpected paint correction requirements
• Difficult film, tint, adhesive, coating, or PPF removal
• Conditions requiring substantially more labor than reasonably anticipated

BigBoyZ Detailing will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes in price or scope before performing substantial additional work.

Certain services may be billed based on actual labor time rather than a fixed package price.

Unless a different rate is agreed to in writing, BigBoyZ Detailing's standard shop labor rate is:

$150.00 per labor hour

Hourly billing may apply when the total amount of labor required cannot reasonably be determined before work begins, including restoration work, specialty cleaning, contamination removal, water-damage remediation, mold-related cleaning, adhesive removal, paint correction, wet sanding, polishing, film removal, specialty detailing, and other labor-intensive or unpredictable services.

When work is authorized on an hourly basis, the Customer agrees to pay for the actual billable labor performed at the applicable rate, plus materials, parts, taxes, disposal charges, subcontracted services, or other approved expenses when applicable.

If BigBoyZ Detailing discovers conditions requiring work outside the originally requested scope, we may contact you for authorization before proceeding.

Authorization may be provided verbally, by telephone, text message, email, electronic communication, online approval, or in writing.

Once additional work has been authorized, the Customer is responsible for the associated charges.

If we cannot reach you, we may pause work until authorization is received. BigBoyZ Detailing is not responsible for delays caused by our inability to obtain authorization.

Payment is due in full upon completion of services and before the vehicle is released unless BigBoyZ Detailing has expressly approved other payment arrangements.

By authorizing services, you agree to pay all charges for authorized services, additional authorized labor, applicable materials, fees, and taxes.

You may not withhold payment solely because a service cannot completely eliminate a condition that was disclosed as potentially permanent, pre-existing, or outside the reasonable capabilities of the service being performed.

Any estimate, quote, deposit, or partial payment does not relieve the Customer of responsibility for the remaining balance due for completed and authorized work.

BigBoyZ Detailing may require a deposit to reserve certain appointments, specialty services, large projects, or materials.

Any applicable cancellation, rescheduling, or deposit terms will be disclosed when the appointment is scheduled. Deposits may be applied toward the final invoice.

BigBoyZ Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, deterioration, defects, or failures that become visible or apparent during normal cleaning, detailing, polishing, tinting, PPF installation, coating preparation, or related services.

This may include, but is not limited to:

• Loose, cracked, peeling, or failing paint or clear coat
• Previous bodywork or repainting
• Rock chips and scratches
• Cracked or damaged glass
• Loose trim, emblems, moldings, or weatherstripping
• Worn, brittle, stained, faded, or damaged interior materials
• Failing headliners
• Previously damaged wheels
• Electrical or mechanical problems
• Aftermarket modifications
• Existing tint, PPF, vinyl, adhesive, or coating failures

We may photograph or document the vehicle before, during, and after service for condition documentation, quality control, and dispute resolution.

BigBoyZ Detailing will make reasonable professional efforts to improve the condition of the vehicle; however, no specific level of correction or restoration is guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

Some stains, scratches, odors, etching, oxidation, corrosion, discoloration, contamination, paint defects, water damage, mold damage, or other defects may be permanent or may require services beyond the originally purchased package.

Payment is for the professional services and labor performed and does not depend upon complete removal of every defect.

Customers should remove money, valuables, firearms, medications, important documents, and other personal belongings before service.

BigBoyZ Detailing is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or damaged personal property left inside or attached to a vehicle unless caused by our negligence.

Services including paint correction, wet sanding, ceramic coatings, window tint, paint protection film, stain extraction, odor treatment, water-damage cleaning, and similar specialty work involve variables that may not be fully apparent until work begins.

The Customer acknowledges that results may depend upon the age, condition, previous repairs, previous installations, material condition, environmental exposure, and maintenance history of the vehicle.

Additional corrective work outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.

Customers are expected to arrange pickup within a reasonable period after being notified that their vehicle is complete.

BigBoyZ Detailing may charge reasonable storage fees for vehicles left after completion when the Customer has been notified and has not made reasonable pickup arrangements.

Vehicles will not normally be released until all amounts due have been paid.

BigBoyZ Detailing reserves the right to refuse, pause, or discontinue service when we determine that:

• A requested procedure may cause unreasonable damage;
• The vehicle presents an unsafe or hazardous condition;
• The condition or scope materially differs from what was represented;
• Necessary additional work has not been authorized;
• The Customer engages in threatening, abusive, fraudulent, or inappropriate conduct; or
• Continuing the work would otherwise be unreasonable or unsafe.

The Customer remains responsible for authorized work already performed before the service was discontinued.

Customers are encouraged to inspect their vehicle at pickup.

Any concern regarding the services performed should be reported to BigBoyZ Detailing as soon as reasonably possible so that we have an opportunity to inspect and address the concern.

If you believe there is an error with your invoice or service, you agree to contact BigBoyZ Detailing and provide us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address the dispute before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

This provision does not waive any rights you may have under applicable law or your cardholder agreement.

Checking an acceptance box, electronically signing, approving an estimate or invoice, or otherwise electronically accepting these Terms constitutes your agreement to them.

By accepting, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review these Terms before authorizing service.

These Terms and any services provided by BigBoyZ Detailing LLC shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

By booking or authorizing service with BigBoyZ Detailing LLC, I acknowledge that:

I have read and agree to the Terms of Service. I understand that quoted prices may change when the actual vehicle condition or scope of work requires additional labor or services. I understand that certain services may be billed at BigBoyZ Detailing's standard shop labor rate of $150.00 per labor hour, and I agree to pay all authorized charges when due.
